2. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you maintain that your product listing or content was removed (or access was disabled) as a result of misidentification or clerical error, you may submit a formal Counter-Notice to our Designated Proprietary Representative.
Your Counter-Notice must include your electronic signature, identification of the removed asset (URL), and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was erroneous. Furthermore, you must provide your contact data and a statement of Jurisdictional Consent to the courts in the State of California, United States, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
